The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Shine will ship to any physical or postal address in New Zealand ONLY. Orders placed to an international address will be cancelled.

Please allow up to 5-7 working days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped. Please note that orders placed on Friday cannot be delivered on the weekend. While Shine strives to maintain it’s 5-7 working days average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability for a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available or to suggest an alternative. Although we try to have the item in stock at all times, it is not always possible.
