Safe at Home

Available for you now, shine* has produced a comprehensive booklet called Safe at Home, originally developed through a generous grant received from the Ministry of Social Development.  This has good information for people suffering from abuse at home and is also for people concerned about the abuse of a friend or family member. 

The booklet is a fantastic resource that defines family violence, its dynamics and effects and offers practical ways of staying safe and includes referral information for Auckland City.
